Just announced! SERA, Inc. was selected as one of the finalist in the 4.0 Schools Essentials cohort for 2019-2020. This will help the organization continue with start up strategies that will help support SERA, Inc. develop further. The program consists of four stages: Coaching, Essentials Camp in New Orleans, IRL pop-up, and Graduation. Completion of the Essentials program then qualifies SERA, Inc. to apply for the TINY Fellowship, a grant of up to $10,000 to continue the project in the community served. The entire program is designed to provide feedback and coaching to organizations like SERA, Inc. with innovative ideas to grow in our communities with the right support. 4.0's fellows have received recognition from reputable business organizations such as CamelBack Ventures, Echoing Green, Forbes 30 under 30, and Teach for America's Social Innovation award.
