Our Program
The purpose of SERA, Inc. is to be a bridge aligned with area schools and the children feeding into them. Schools need to know where the children are coming from and then form an intervention plan to accelerate the skills of those children based on the needs of the school. By aligning school data identifying needs with early childhood centers in a community feeding into that school, there can be an intentional configuration that provides shared teacher development, shared curriculum and shared resources so that children can be developed in the area of need before the children even step foot in the school.
Vision
The vision for SERA, Inc. is to serve parents, teachers, and schools by having academic and self-regulatory needs met early avoiding academic pitfalls that can be experienced later. During the early childhood age, there can be focused and intentional learning for children that are not only being cared for but also academically developed. Helping them better prepared for future success at the earliest possible stage with all intention. Securing parents from taking their children into an educational setting early allows access and collaboration with teachers and schools.
